Gareth Topping

Vice President and General Manager, Process Flow Technologies, Industrial Technologies and Services (IT&S) EMEIA

Gareth leads Ingersoll Rand’s Process Flow Technologies business unit for Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA), which includes blower, vacuum, and transport products and solutions. Previously, Gareth served as Vice President of Vacuum and Low-Pressure Solutions for Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technologies and Services EMEIA segment.

He joined Gardner Denver in 2014 and has since held varying roles of increasing responsibility and has represented Ingersoll Rand as the elected Board Member of the British Compressed Air Society (BCAS) between 2018 to 2022. Gareth has over 22 years of experience serving the vacuum, low pressure and compressed air industry and began his career at Walker Filtration Limited, where he worked for 12 years.

Gareth graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University.
